Samsung Galaxy S24 series was launched back in January 2024 at the first Unpacked event of this year. As per latest reports and rumors are suggesting that the S25 series will be coming out with three new models early next year.
The Galaxy S24 is currently one of the best-performing S series flagships from the Korean giant and we all can expect Samsung Galaxy S25 to outperform all the previous editions. The three models – Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Ultra, and Galaxy S25 Plus are expected to get launch in the last week of January 2025 and the release date will be in and around February same year globally.

Talking about the Galaxy S25 specifications, the primary theme of the phone will be the Galaxy Artificial Intelligence which will bring many new features to the S25. The Samsung S25 will feature a bigger display this time to 6.36 inches compared to 6.2 inches for S24. Apart from the bigger display, the Galaxy S25 series will have a complete makeover to its design given the use of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, peaking out at 4GHz clock speed.
The battery of the Galaxy S25 series is likely to be equipped with a similar capacity of 4,000mAh for the S25, 4,900mAh for the S25 Ultra model, and 5,000mAh for the S25 Plus. However, there is an ample time for the S25 to get launch and things may change.
For Galaxy S25 models, Samsung is also planning to launch the 1TB internal memory supported by 12GB RAM along with the other versions of 28GB 8GB RAM, 256GB with 8GB RAM, 256GB 12GB RAM, and 512GB 8GB RAM. Also, the latest rumors going on about the colors of Galaxy S25 suggest that the phone will be available in Onyx Black, Rich Gold, Marble Grey, Rose Pink, Jade Green, Sandstone Orange, and Sapphire Blue.
The price of Samsung Galaxy S25, S25 Ultra, and S25+ (Plus) models are expected to be at least 10 percent up compared to S24 models.
