Before we talk about the color options for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series, let us take a pause and a step back to see what has happened so far.
The South Korean multinational and leading tech giant held its second Unpacked event of the year in Paris on 10th July 2024, with a major focus revolving around the Galaxy Z series, Galaxy Buds3, and the new Galaxy watch. The beginning of the new year was marked spectacularly with Samsung holding its first unpacked event on January 17th, 2024 to unveil the next lineup of S series flagship smartphones.

With both the unpacked events done for this year, the focus now shifts from the Galaxy S24 series smartphone to the next in the lineup and eagerly awaited Galaxy S25 smartphones. Samsung’s most loved Galaxy S series will take a step forward during the first unpacked event in January 2025 (either 22nd January or 29th January), when the S25 is unveiled along with Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Plus versions.
While many expect updates in camera specifications for improved photography experience with wider camera angles, some expect improved and long-lasting batteries with better display and RAM. But there are a percentage of Galaxy series fans intrigued by the color variants the South Korean giant has to offer each time.
Undeniably true, Samsung has always come up with some exclusive colors irrespective of the smartphone series. If we provide a throwback to the Galaxy S24 released earlier this year, then below are the colors across all three models.
Galaxy S24/24+: Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, Marble Grey, Jade Green, Cobalt Violet, Sandstone Orange, and Amber Yellow.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra series has seen more titanium orange color shades: Black, Gray, Violet, Blue, Orange, Green and Yellow.
What are the best-selling Galaxy S24 series colors
If stats are anything to go by then 77 percent of the buyers opted for either Marble Gray or Black Onyx. Orange, Yellow, and Green were the least appealing to the fans.
So, undoubtedly Samsung will stick with at least two of its prime colors in Black and Gray across all three S25 versions, although shades or tones may change slightly to improve on its appearance. If not, then it is believed that the South Koreans might just update their color naming.
What color options will be available in the Galaxy S25 and S25 Ultra?
For all three Galaxy S25 editions, most of the colors are likely to be retained with green and yellow colors facing the axe. The blue variant is likely to keep its place with a different shade. The Ultra series might see renaming from Titanium range colors to Phantom series like Phantom Black, Phantom Gray, Aurora, etc.
Which will be the most selling colors of Samsung Galaxy S25?
While things are still to be made official, these are the details we could fetch from our reliable and trusted sources. Samsung hardly disappoints with the color variants it has to offer in its respective flagship series and the same is likely to continue with S25 models. But it would take some out-of-the-box stuff or ideas to overhaul Onyx black or Marble Gray which are expected to be the best colors in Galaxy S25 series.
